With more than 150 tenants, there is plenty to see at the CCIC, but many of our businesses are available limited hours or by appointment only. Here are some tips to make the most out of your visit:

PARKING
Free parking is available in our two parking lots. The small lot (located in front of Centerpoint Brewing), is primarily for Centerpoint and Soundspace visitors. The large 4-acre lot across the street from the building services all other tenants and visitors.
NAVIGATING THE CCIC
With more than a half million square feet, the CCIC can be tricky to navigate. We suggest knowing the business’ suite number prior and/or consulting our building map prior to visiting.
Suites B10 - B21 may be accessed through Entrance 2
Suites B22 - B31 may be accessed through Entrance 3
Suites C3 - C33 may be accessed through Entrance 4
Suites S1 - S80 (second floor) may be accessed through Entrances 3 & 4. Elevator access is available at Entrance 3
Leasing & Management Office
Interested in leasing space at the CCIC? The leasing and management office is open Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please no drop-ins for space showings. Contact us for space availabilities and to schedule showings.
When to See Art
While many of our artists work in their studios throughout the week, studios are only open to the public in on the First Friday of the month from 6-9pm. Find more information about our First Friday events here.
Our main gallery, The Schwitzer Gallery, located on the second floor, is open weekdays from 9am -5pm.
