EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE
For emergency maintenance issues, please contact our emergency line at 317-961-1101. (This number is for TENANT MAINTENANCE ONLY. For leasing requests, please contact us using our contact form
A maintenance emergency consists of one of the following:
- Broken or frozen water line
- Plumbing leaks that are not contained in a sink, tub, or other drain
- Lockout (lockouts are subject to applicable fees as indicated in your lease agreement)
- Security threat such as a broken window, door frame, door, or entry lock
- Gas leak
- Anything else that poses a threat to a person or property
Please submit all other maintenance requests via the tenant portal or via email to maintenance@circlecityind.com
RENT PAYMENT OR QUESTIONS
Rent can be paid by cash, check, or money order in person at the CCIC office or by check or money order mailed to:
